SHIPPING POLICY

STOCK LOTS
Stock lots are sold EXW Milan (Incoterms 2020) as standard.
On request, we can arrange transport on the buyer's behalf:
transport costs are quoted separately and charged in addition
to the price of the goods.

Where we arrange transport, this is done in the name and on
behalf of the buyer. Transport costs, insurance and all customs
and export formalities remain borne by the buyer.

CONTINUOUS CATALOGUE
Goods from our continuous catalogue are shipped directly from
our supplier's warehouse. Transport is arranged by the supplier
and shipping costs are stated at checkout. Collection by the
buyer's own carrier is not available for these goods.

RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon collection or upon
handover to the carrier, whichever occurs first, including
where transport is arranged by us or by our supplier.

DELIVERY AREA
Deliveries are made to VAT-registered companies within Italy
and the European Union only. A valid VAT number, verified
against the VIES register, is required for all intra-EU
deliveries.

DISPATCH
Dispatch takes place only after full payment, including
transport costs where applicable, has been received and cleared.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We accept no
liability for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or
events beyond our reasonable control.

COLLECTION
Where applicable, collection by the buyer's own carrier must be
arranged in advance and confirmed in writing.
