Refund policy

These terms apply exclusively to business-to-business transactions
with VAT-registered companies acting within their commercial activity.
Consumer protection legislation, including the right of withdrawal,
does not apply.

Claims regarding quantity, assortment or condition must be notified
in writing within 8 days of receipt of goods.
